We will use our in-house database of Texas-based engineering and construction talent coupled with today’s most advanced recruiting tools to locate the right candidates for you to review. Many of the candidates we represent are exclusive to GANE.
Senior recruiters will pre-interview, assess, and screen the most qualified candidates to match their skills, expectations, and goals with your company’s needs. Then, we will email the selected resumes to you with our comments and arrange the interview appointments you request.
We will work with you until the position is filled, or you tell us otherwise. If we don’t deliver the candidate you hire, you pay us nothing. When you do hire a candidate through GANE our one-time flat fee will be reasonable.
