This GANE client is the west Houston Water Resources Practice of a large, national consulting engineering firm.
As a Civil Engineer-EIT you will work with a license professional engineer on water resource projects with responsibility for performing multiple tasks including analysis, design, exhibits, plans, and reporting. These public and private projects will include the use of hydrologic and hydraulic software modeling tools for determining drainage issues and potential solutions, e.g., Arc-GIS HEC-RAS, Infoworks ICM, XPSWMM, HEC-HMS, and AutoCAD.
Key Civil Engineer-EIT candidate qualifications:
- A few years of H&H / Water Resources experience with a Texas consulting engineering firm
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineering-Training certification in Texas
